App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the store account used for purchase. We can help you find the right cancellation or restore-purchase steps.

You can request account deletion, data access, or privacy help from the app, from the account deletion page, or by contacting support.

Quick troubleshooting

  1. 1Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used when creating your Get Aesthetic account.
  2. 2Update Get Aesthetic to the latest App Store or Google Play version.
  3. 3If a subscription is missing, open the subscription screen in the app and use Restore Purchases.
  4. 4If a workout or profile change does not appear, fully close and reopen the app, then check your internet connection.
